Responsible for representing the firm in various administrative and judicial courts throughout the country, with emphasis on the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals - CARF, the body responsible for the final judgment of taxes administered by the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil. Guilherme also advises several clients on the elaboration of tax planning, aiming at reducing the tax burden or setting up new projects and industrial plants, and is also responsible for managing tax liabilities and contingencies.
